REFLECTING ON THE WORK of NHPF’s Operation Pathways in 2012, it is clear the key to our success is the wonderful work of our site-based resident services coordinators. The daily interactions with the on-site staff members who implement programs and services and manage the operations of our community centers enhance the lives of our residents in ways too numerous to mention. Truly, the human contact and the trusting relationships they foster are the primary reasons our programs and services yield such positive outcomes.
