On a Mission to Make Residents’ Lives Better
PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT to read The NHP Foundation (NHPF) mission statement to the left. Without Operation Pathways, the fulfillment of that mission would be virtually impossible. In this annual report, we’re proud to share just a few stories of meaningful ways in which NHPF residents’ lives are made better. The people and programs of Operation Pathways are essential to making that happen. NHPF has grown to 24 housing communities in 12 states, and we’re proud of the operations in each and every one of them. We are constantly looking for opportunities to increase the number of NHPF communities. We can do so with confidence, knowing that Operation Pathways’ resident services coordinators work tirelessly to make our housing units more than just four walls and a roof over the heads of our residents. They make them places to live better lives—places to call home. We salute the Operation Pathways staff members in all the NHPF housing communities for the exceptional commitment they bring to their work—all day and every day.
