Senior Acquisition Manager, July 2018 – June 2019  Provided recommendations to acquire LIHTC and market-rate properties for the NHP Foundation portfolio as part of broker requests for proposals or off-market opportunities  Negotiated with financing sources on property acquisitions and performed due diligence prior to property acquisitions.  Coordinated and directed public financing applications for NHPF properties.
