• Salvation Army Highlights: • Developed and implemented the Program Resource Coordinator position for 52 social service programs, providing technical assistance and consultation for program and infrastructure development; responsible for securing grant funds, compliance, and reporting • Secured initial national accreditation in 14 service areas, benefiting 52 Salvation Army social service programs • In conjunction with the city of Omaha, developed, co-authored, and implemented an 85-agency continuum-of-care strategy for the homeless in a two-state, four-county region • Directed and coordinated Salvation Army bell-ringing program in the Omaha area, which also included provided assistance to more than 18,000 clients in a five-week period Directed five social service programs within the Transitions Housing Department, including the 42-unit emergency shelter, 10-unit transitional housing program, 10-unit residential mental health program, community-based rehab program for female and male sex-workers and created the children’s component of that program, and secured initial funding for and developed three units of scattered site housing Education
