Experience

THE NHP FOUNDATION 2010 – Present Senior Vice President for Asset Management Provide asset management functions for a portfolio of over 5,800 units in 27 multifamily properties located in 12 states and the District of Columbia. This portfolio of properties has an aggregate gross asset value of over $200 million.  Responsibilities also including oversight of three third-party management companies. MFX Realty Advisors, Inc., Chicago, IL 2008 – 2010 Managing Director  Founded consulting firm to provide third-party asset management, consulting, and compliance services to institutional investors, developers, and managers of affordable multi-family housing.
