Welcome and thank you for being here this evening as we celebrate the communities we build and spotlight the residents who bring them to life. At The NHP Foundation and Operation Pathways, we know a home is more than four walls—it’s the foundation for health, stability, and opportunity. We preserve and create housing, which promotes well-being and reminds more than 25,000 residents of their worth and value. Through our on- site programs, residents gain access to the proven
success of family-centered coaching, as well as continuing education, wellness initiatives, and financial resources. We transform lives every day, empowering families to reach goals and achieve lasting impact. The results speak for themselves: nearly 85% of adult residents report confidence in achieving financial goals with coaching support, while 100% of participants in our Pathway-to-Work Summer Teen Internship program gained skills to budget, save, and manage money. The findings show how trust, consistency, and connection turn affordable housing into opportunity housing. When we meet individuals where they live and connect them with the services they need, good things happen. In a time of uncertainty and change, the need for these programs has never been greater. Families across the country rely on the stability affordable housing and robust resident services provide.
