Thank you for joining us for The NHP Foundation’s annual celebration of community, commitment, and transformation. As Chair of the Board of Trustees, I am honored to welcome you this evening, as we shine a powerful light on Operation Pathways—the heartbeat of NHPF’s mission. Tonight’s gala represents more than an evening of celebration; it is a demonstration of the life- changing impact our on-site resident services
have in communities nationwide.
Last year, more than 50% of families across our communities—approximately 5600 people—took advantage of our programs that provide access to education, job readiness, health and wellness, and financial empowerment. These resident-led programs provide opportunities to live, and most importantly, to thrive. These outcomes show what is possible when residents have the tools, trust, and support to shape their own pathways to success. I am deeply proud of how NHPF and Operation Pathways continue to innovate in response to the evolving needs of the residents of our housing. This gala is both a reflection of our progress and an invitation—to our supporters, partners, and friends—to join us in expanding this vital work. Together, we are demonstrating what is possible when we invest in people, in communities, and in the belief, where you live truly matters. Thank you for being part of our mission and for your ongoing commitment to building brighter futures for all.
