Release of NHPF/OP 2026 Impact Report
It’s important to share the great work our organizations do. Here is the 2026 NHPF/Operation Pathways’ Impact Report revealing how onsite resident services foster housing stability, financial mobility, food security, and stronger
communities. A key takeaway from the extensive report finds that stable housing works—and resident services make it stick . 96% of residents at NHPF properties remained stably housed, with only 15.7% turnover, roughly one-third of the national average. This reinforces that affordable housing paired with services significantly improves retention and stability. Housing stability is not just about rent—it is about wraparound support.
