NHPF Transaction News Park Heights Senior Apartments, Baltimore, MD As part of a major redevelopment plan for the area, City of Baltimore, Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, Henson Development Company, and NHPF broke ground on Park Heights Senior Apartments, marking a major step in restoring a historically important, under-invested neighborhood. The new $52M affordable housing development will create 100 affordable apartments for seniors. Construction of Park Heights Senior Apartments continues the revitalization of the neighborhood that includes the redevelopment of Pimlico Racecourse, construction of the new Enoch Pratt Free Library, and the two developments along Park Heights Avenue by Comprehensive Housing Assistance, Incorporated.
