The building prioritizes access and community exchange, blending affordable homes with a vibrant public plaza and food hall. Housing is thoughtfully arranged offering comfort and connection within a compact footprint Community threads are expressed through shared spaces, layered thresholds, and a fabric of material and landscape that binds private life to public energy. The interiors guides both the environmental ethos and the human experience — creating a structure that treads softly, yet stands proudly in service to its community.
