Statement The NHP Foundation is a not-for-profit real estate organization dedicated to preserving and creating sustainable, service-enriched multifamily housing that is both affordable to low and moderate income families and seniors, and beneficial to their communities.
Statement A future where communities flourish because attractive, sustainable housing options and life-enhancing services are ensured for all income- challenged Americans.
Believes In • The dignity of our residents; • T he value of safe, attractively designed but functional housing that low to moderate income residents can afford; • T he importance of comprehensive and supportive services designed to help residents of all ages; and • A ddressing the unmet need for multi-family rental communities that are economically sustainable, environmentally sensitive, and socially just and secure for the residents who call them home.
